CITY DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND POLICY

OKC and Metro Area Delivery Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

*NOW OFFERING WEDNESDAYS TO TULSA!*

(Exceptions: Federal Holidays)

*Minimum Order(s) of $100 (pre-tax) required for Free Market Source Express Delivery. All other orders can be shipped UPS.
*Orders under $100 (pre-tax) will shipped out the same day via UPS Ground when received by 3:00 p.m. Customer will be billed for freight charges
*Call In or Online Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. for Market Source Express Van Delivery. All other orders can be shipped UPS same day as long as placed prior to 3:00 p.m.

IN-STORE PICK-UP POLICY

*We will contact you when order is ready for pick-up!
*All Orders in any amount are available for In-Store Pickup 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
*Online Orders will have priority over call-in orders.

FREIGHT DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Very Important! Unfortunately, freight damage does occasionally happen.

Please understand that it is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to check for freight damage when the item arrives at your address.

When the item leaves our facility or a factory, it will become your property when it is received and signed for at your location.

**If you see freight damage, please refuse the item.

If you accept the item from the freight carrier and do not note freight damage on the receiving document that you sign, we cannot help you get the item replaced or get funds from the carrier to cover the damage cost.

Please be alert and help us to help you protect this shipment from a potential loss due to freight damage.**

SHIPPING COST

Shipments are based on UPS' current rates times the weight of the item. As we are always working to reduce this cost, smaller and lighter-weight items may arrive by USPS through UPS' SurePost program.

Unlike some of our bigger our competitors, we do not hide the shipping costs in the price of the item. We wish we be as open about this real cost as possible, while keeping our item prices as low as we can.

SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2 days of purchase if the item is in stock when payment has been received.

Orders typically arrive between 5-10 days depending on availability and the time you purchased the items. Shipments only take place during business hours Monday-Friday with the exception of national holidays. 

Special order items may take longer. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

*Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
*Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
*If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at (405)524-1111 with instructions.
